When will I get the first flower bouquet?
The first delivery will be at your office the Monday following receipt of the first payment.
What if there’s a Public Holiday on Friday?
We’ll deliver your flowers on Tuesday.
What happens if no one is home by the time of delivery?
If there’s no one at your office, let our staff know where they should leave the flowers. Please remember to include your gate code for seamless delivery, if applicable.
What happens if the flowers are damaged or stolen after delivery?
If there’s no one at your office and you’ve indicated where we should leave your flowers, Kim Chan Events Limited will not accept liability once the bouquet has been delivered to the required address.
Can I have the flowers delivered on a different day?
If you need your flowers delivered on a different day of the week, let us know and we’ll arrange it for you. Please note this may incur in extra delivery charges.
Do you deliver outside Christchurch?
We deliver flowers all across the Christchurch area. If you are outside the city, get in touch with us! We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, just log into your My Account and cancel your subscription there. Or you can get in touch with us and we’ll cancel it for you.
Can I change the delivery address if I want to send the flowers to a different person every month or fortnight?
Yes, you can! Just make sure to get in touch with us to arrange details and confirm the delivery address.
Can I send flowers to someone else?
Yes we can send flowers to anyone in Christchurch at any time, just give us 48 hours notice. Please call us.
